MISEbox March Update
MISEbox has a whole new design! Gone is the single big sidebar and in is a sidebar or footer (on mobile) that allows you to more quickly navigate between the most important parts of MISEbox. Each part now has a separate expansion that makes it easier and more intuitive to navigate between the various parts of each feature. Along with this change, We’ve updated the overall look and feel of MISEbox to improve the visual hierarchy of information and conform to contemporary design standards.
Along with this re-design we’re bringing a few exciting new features!
Dashboard Widgets
We’ve redesigned the dashboard for all users to provide more actionable information right when you log in. All users will now see any evaluations that are available for them to take, while managers will see any evaluations that need to be scored. Don’t worry, it’s still easy to see items that have been updated recently! Just hover over any of the links in recently updated items or recent draft items to see the same tooltip as you would when they are tagged.
Module Overview Page
We’ve now made it even easier to see all of your Modules in one place. The module overview page displays all of your modules, organized by their respective type, and clearly shows you when a module has been shared from your HQ or a content provider (like MISEbox).
Insights
We’re excited to roll out Insights, a new set of features that allows managers to understand how their employees are using MISEbox. You can very easily see what the most viewed content is, see when your employees use MISEbox and see who your most active employees are. We’ve also added insights to the and Employee Table, Positions List, so you can easily understand who on your team is, and isn’t making the most of MISEbox.
Since our last major release in Feburary, we’ve also made a number of bug-fixes and improvements:
Removed the ability for e-mails to be sent from the author’s e-mail address, reducing the chance of e-mails ending up in a spam folder.
Improved the Module Manage Page to better share sorting changes between HQ and child restaurants.
Added restrictions to sorting shared sections and items on child restaurants
Fixed an issue where archived sections could appear on the item form
Fixed an issue where certain modules could take a long time to load
Fixed an issue where content tags status could get out of sync with their tagged items
Modified the behavior of announcement e-mail notifications to be more logical
Fixed Allergen Table column widths
Modified the appearance of restaurants without a logo
Fixed creating and managing sections on shared modules
Fixed checklist correct and incorrect rendering
Fixed a bug where a failed charge email could not be sent
