MISEbox February Update

Touchpoints and Evaluations are getting a big upgrade! Questions can now be re-used across evaluations, and evaluations can now be assigned to specific employees (in addition to by role and by position). We’ve also changed the phrasing from “reviewing” to “scoring” evaluations to reduce potential confusion and better align with the true action being completed. Along with these changes, you can now provide feedback to auto-scored evaluations, ensuring your employees know where they are doing well, and where they can improve. Finally, we’re excited to roll out a more complete Help-Center for Touchpoints, check it out to learn more about how to use all of Touchpoints’ features to better assess the performance of your employees.

Since our last major release in late January, we’ve also made a number of bug-fixes and improvements:

  • Added date evaluation went live to Evaluation Card

  • Modified allergens to be sorted by name on allergen cards

  • Fixed deleting sections and items while managing or creating a module

  • Fixed removing an item from a section while managing or creating a module

  • Fixed chart sizes on Evaluation Insights Page

  • Fixed Headers on Active and Archived Evaluation Pages

  • Fixed adding items on a section form

  • Fixed Allergen Table PDF sizing

  • Fixed employee create form on mobile

  • Fixed a bug that would not hide ShowSubmitting Modal on IE11

  • Added trial restaurants to sharing options

  • Modified filtering and searching across MISEbox to ignore diacritics

  • Fixed e-mails for Manager Logs

  • Fixed Employee mentions directing to an empty page

  • Fixed horizontal scrolling on mobile
